Since Active Medical has come on board as our repair vendor for stretchers and related equipment there has been a tremendous difference in our turn around time for repairs.  They are very thorough, cost effective, proactive, and courteous in everything that they do.  They bring items to our attention instead of us having to chase them to get things fixed.  If there are items that they can fix but we are unaware they work on them, they bring it to our attention along with cost, giving us the option of them fixing it or our normal Vendor.  This allows us to compare price and turn around time, which Active consistently beats.  They have gone above and beyond with service, documentation, and cost, allowing hospital staff to concentrate on other areas of need and know that the equipment Active Medical is working on will be taken care of in a timely and cost-effective manner.  They are a great asset to the Methodist Willowbrook Hospital as a Vendor and will be any where else they are chosen to work.
